Piqua Sports Sign Order FOrm

Signs are made with 1/8" Aluminum Composite Sign Material with raised panels for Name and Year. 

These signs are not Corrugated Plastic like others. If your are interested in Corrugated Plastic signs please send us a message.

Stand/frame are steel with a painted finish. No wood or wire frames.

Each signs is $65 and can be picked up at our shop when it's finished.

Please fill out the form. We will enter a sales order and email you your invoice that you can pay online and we will send you a proof for the sign.  If you need multiple signs or have multiple kids, please be sure to enter each name and year and how many of each sign you need.  Please allow us a little time to get your order entered, we may be out of the shop on sign installs and may take a day or two to get orders entered.
